Biomass gas stoveis a gas stove for cooking into household by brushwood, corncob, coconut shell etc., through complete combustion. Obtain methane gas is used as cooking fuel. Moreover, reduce non-smoke pollution.

Biomass gas stove has more efficient in the combustion than furnace generally. It uses fuels from agricultural waste materials such as corncob,brushwood, coconut shell cassava rhizome. Combustion process (combustion reaction continued up to 2 times) will change fuels to carbon dioxide, hydrogen and methane, which used instead of a gas cooking as LPG.

Components of biomass gas stove.

1. Box made of zinc base. Coated with plates resist thermal and wind together.


2. Black steel pipe in size of width 6 inches, long 60 cm to use as a cylindrical fuel.

3. Insulation.

4. Adapter DC system.

5. Paddy husk from the rice mill.


Procedure

1. Close-fitting box. Close grill pipes.

2. Take husk to full-duct and then plugging the fan snail.

3. Ignite fires on husk and the fan 12 V.

4. When the fire was to be worn on the head gas stove pipes. Done to start cooking immediately.

5. When all the husk off, turn off the fan before and then take the black husk from pipe and fill the husk into pipe gain.
