1. Materials and tools

Wood vinegar is a byproduct from charcoal production, made from smoke of burning wood was distillated. If wood is burned for 100 kg in a 200-liter oil drum kiln obtained charcoal yield about 20 kg and wood vinegar yield is approximately 8 kg. If desire high quality of vinegar should leave the wood vinegar for 1-2 months to become silted.
